Please note the cancellation terms: 

Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 calendar days before arrival free of charge. 

Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day prior to arrival. 

If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. 

1.4% credit card surcharge applies for all Visa, Mastercard and American Express transactions.

No refunds apply for booking made on a non-refundable rate

PEAK PERIODS 2024:

*13th September 2024 - 29th September 2024

*13th December 2024 - 26th January 2024

If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

Same terms and conditions of cancellation as normal periods within 42 day framework.
